JSW GMR Cricket Private Limited (formerly known as ‘GMR Sports Private Limited’) owned a Franchisee / cricket team and represents the State of Delhi in BCCI-IPL organised Twenty 20 tournament (“IPL League”) held every year.
Incorporated as a private limited company in the name and style of ‘GMR Sports Private Limited’ with the Assistant Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana, under Certificate of Incorporation dated February 19, 2008 and having shifted its registered office from National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana to State of Karnataka pursuant to Certificate of Registration of Company Law Board order for Change of State dated October 12, 2009 issued by Asst. Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, the Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U92410KA2008PTC051176.
Pursuant to a resolution of our shareholders dated June 01, 2018, our name was changed to ‘JSW GMR Cricket Private Limited’, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC (Registrar of Companies), Bangalore on June 13, 2018.
