About Us
Delhi Capitals participates in both the Indian Premier League (IPL) and the Women's Premier League (WPL) and is co-owned by the GMR Group and the JSW Group. The franchise was established in 2008 before embracing its new identity (Delhi Capitals) in 2019.
The men’s team is currently coached by Hemang Badani and captained by Axar Patel, while the women’s team is coached by Jonathan Batty and led by Jemimah Rodrigues.
